Return & Refund Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted if contacted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Why 14 days? We understand international shipping takes time. We provide 14 days to ensure you have enough time to inspect your item upon arrival.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer's responsibility for standard returns.
  • Our responsibility for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items where 15 or more days have passed since delivery.
  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Items damaged or soiled by customer handling.
  • Sale items or special price items marked as 'Final Sale - No Returns'.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Refund Timeline

  • Notify us: Contact within 14 days of delivery.
  • Ship back: Send item within 7 days after receiving return address.
  • Inspection: We inspect within 3 business days of receiving return.
  • Refund processed: Within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Money in account: 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Refund Amount

  • Full refund: Unopened items in perfect condition.
  • Partial refund: Items with minor packaging damage (evaluated case-by-case).
  • No refund: Opened items, damaged items due to customer mishandling.
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds: 3-10 business days.
  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items 🛡️

  • We take full responsibility for defective or damaged items.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a full refund or free replacement (your choice).
  • We cover all return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees.

Required Evidence

  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • Clear images of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Description of the issue.
  • Tip: Take photos/videos when you open the package. This helps us resolve issues faster.

Incorrect Items 📦

  • If we sent you the wrong item:
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
  • You can keep or return the incorrect item (your choice).
  • Free return shipping provided.

Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, item name/SKU, reason for return, and photos (if defective/damaged).
  • Step 2: We will review your request within 24-48 hours. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in original packaging. Include the RA number on the package. Ship to the provided address and keep your tracking number.
  • Step 4: We inspect within 3 business days. Refund processed within 5-7 business days. Email confirmation sent when refund is issued.
  • Important: Do not ship items back without an RA number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you want a different item: Return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want.
  • Note: We are working on a direct exchange system for the future.

Lost or Damaged in Transit 📬

  • If your package is lost: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 30 days. We will investigate with the shipping carrier. Full refund or replacement provided after investigation.
  • If your package is damaged in transit: Contact us within 14 days with photos of damaged packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier. Full refund or replacement provided.
  • You are not responsible for carrier errors.

Customs-Related Returns ⚠️

  • If you refuse customs fees: Item will be returned to us. Refund minus all shipping costs (original + return). Restocking fee may apply.
  • If package is seized by customs: We are not responsible for customs seizures. No refunds for items seized due to local regulations. Please check your country's import restrictions before ordering.

Special Circumstances

  • Buyer's remorse (changed your mind): Returns accepted within 14 days. Item must be unopened. Return shipping paid by customer. Full refund (minus original shipping).
  • Pre-order cancellations: Can cancel anytime before item ships. Full refund provided. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
